Partnering to Prevent Veteran Suicide with Rocky Top Veterans Foundation

Loud Media is proud to partner with the Rocky Top Veterans Foundation for a powerful and potentially life-saving initiative — Fire Team Tennessee: “Veteran Safe Place” Suicide Prevention Training — happening Tuesday, June 24, 2025, from 4–7pm at Tri Hop Brewery in Maryville.

This free QPR-certified course (Question, Persuade, Refer) is open to local business owners, managers, and staff — offering the tools and confidence to recognize when a veteran may be in crisis, how to respond, and where to guide them for help. The training creates a network of businesses and individuals who can help save lives right here in our communities.

With over 300,000 veterans living in Tennessee, this initiative — the first of its kind in the state — is a vital step toward making our businesses and public spaces veteran-safe zones.
